Blog title goes here

Lol , its been so long since an update haha.

However since got pple complain (lol) then here goes..

Lets see, things in a nutshell..
Enlist into Tekong - Do BMT - Got alot darker and lost alot of weight - IPPT still fail - SOC fall into barbed wire ( so deamed as fail ) - POP and now enjoying a well deserved break while waiting for posting ( fingers crossed )

Went to try Mad Jack Cafe today with Jac , Zm , Vic , Yy and Cel.. Food was alright, nothing really to wow about. Tried their signature tallest burger in town.. not the best burger i've had , but hey not the worse either.

( Hey mad Jack if you're reading this, go give the burger at Seah Street Diner a try and see if you can come up with something better =p )

After that went to eat Rocher Beancurd - I had no idea they served cold bean curd! i've been eating the hot ones all along cause the last time i asked , they said they didn't serve O.O

Oh well was great catching up here and there but sadly had to run off kinda early..
Well that wraps it up for now :)

Terrible Project

Woah i can't take is anymore.
This is by far the worse website project i've taken up.

It's been nightmare after nightmare! Beware of the company motor1stop!

Stupid clients have been so nitty gritty about the interface and keep making changes to the backend and it's all changing and changing and changing non-stop. Seriously damn pissed off at them.

Been dragging so long - that's it , must rush to wrap up liao. If still drag somemore i'm canceling this project and dropping it.

Ugh!

Pariss International Buffet ( Marina Square )

Today's father's day and dinner was at Pariss International ( the Marina Square branch )
I've never eaten at Paris before, however sadly it was a pretty disappointing experience for me.

For the about we paid ( About 45 bucks per person ) i could have gotten a better international buffet elsewhere. Or even if i had to top up abit more for a better buffet - fankly i wouldn't mind.

Anyway lets start with the review!
Deco : Nothing fancy, visually the place looks very cluttered.
Service : The people on the phone were not friendly, plates were cleared slowly.

Food - i shall go through it cuisine by cuisine.

Seafood - Despite the whole range of seafoods available, The seafood was not really fresh. The worse among the lot was the Black Pepper Crab. Seriously, the crab wasn't of good quality, i had abit and felt terrible. - 4/10

Japanese Food - one word - pathetic. Sushi wasn't well done, variety was bad. Sushi Tei serves tastier Sashimi , only thing that was ok was the Chawamushi. 2/10

Chinese - Was ok , fried rice , fried vegetables , some dim sum , lotsa deep fried stuff, IMO chinese food was quite standard, nothing special. - 6/10

Grill ( Western ) - Portions are very small. Quality is not impressive either. I like the idea that it's cooked to order, but when i ordered beef steak, i expect a chunk of meat. To my disappointment, they served me a SLICE OF BEEF. About the thickness of 1 1/2 Compact Flash cards! - 5/10

Desserts - The desert fridge was quite a disappointment. Cakes were nothing special. It's like those kinda cakes that you get from those budget high teas. ( small , not so tasty , mass produced ones ) They served durain puffs with FROZEN durain paste inside! - That's unacceptable! It tasted horrible! Dessert was a huge disappointment. Ice cream was ok though. Standard nothing special - 4/10

They did put in some effort by providing a range of teas though - however that's not enough to compensate for the mediocre level of food quality they offer.

Overall Contentment level - 3.5/10.
Value for money - 3/10

Honestly, i regretted eating there, i should have went to Pan pacific hotel or to eat instead.
Oh well - Just my opinion.

Get you Car Cleaned at Thasevi Jalan Kayu Prata Restaurant

Something interesting caught my eye today.
I was hungry for some prata, so went down to Thasevi - Famous Jalan Kayu prata for lunch.
After ordering my food etc i took a seat.

Looking around, i noticed a BMW pull into the front lot of the shop.
Now comes the interesting part.

Out came an Indian man ( noticeably well dressed - Probably the Boss ) . He shut the door and approached one of the staff of the "restaurant" and signaled to him to clean his car!

The staff ( who was a young Chinese man ) then, picked up a cloth from the nearby table and began wiping the BMW!

Now, i'm not sure if it's in the staff's contract or not, but something doesn't feel right.

1) Is it hygienic for this to be done? Cloth wipe Car - Cloth Wipe tables? Would you use your car sponge to clean your dinner table ?

2) Maybe i'm thinking too much, but why does the Chinese guy have to do the cleaning? There're so many other staff standing around - and he picks this guy. Unless it's his job - i'd say it's racism. The rest of the staff just stood around and did nothing lol

3) Is this abusing your staff? To the best of my knowledge :
Waiter - Clears Tables , Serves Food, Cleans restaurant at end of day.
Car Washer - Wash Cars , Polish Cars , Cleans Cars
Dish Washer - Wash Dishes & Culinary
So if this boss decides to drive his entire fleet of cars to the restaurant, this guy's gotta clean them all up?

Oh well, i know i won't be eating here in a long time.

wthomwbbq

Just got this news today. Oh man, this must be devastating for his family.
Come to think of it, i'm enlisting soon too ._.

NS Recruit dies after training walk

A 20-YEAR-OLD national serviceman died in hospital after he fainted during training on Pulau Tekong on Tuesday morning.

Recruit Andrew Cheah Wei Siong had only enlisted five days ago into national service.
The polytechnic graduate fainted at 8.35am while he was taking part in a 2km walk at the Basic Military Training Centre on the island. He was given immediate medical attention by doctors.

At 9.24am, Mr Cheah was evacuated by helicopter to the Singapore General Hospital. Medical staff from the Singapore Armed Forces continued to resuscitate him en route.

However, they failed to revive him and he was pronounced dead at 10.50am at SGH. The Defence Ministry is investigating the incident.

Bzbzbz

Phew been rather busy lately.
By the time i got the time to blog i've already ran out of energy!

Been very tied up with work recently.
There seems to be a never ending stream of work.

Hmmm just had some R&R over the weekend.
Caught the movie Iron Man.
Turned out better than i expected :)
Not alot of action IMO. But still i'd give it an overall- 9/10

My poor KIA is in the garage after an accident.
Good thing i've got insurance haha
They've given me a Mitsubishi Lancer as a replacement :)

So.. quick review of the car!
Power : Good acceleration, smooth.
Handling : Handles well despite everything being stock lol
Fuel Consumption : Drinks Petrol like no body's business
Comfort : Cotton Fabric like- Cushion seats. Not that comfy - i prefer the smell of leather
Noise : I feel as if i'm driving a tin can on the road. It .. feels .. hollow lol

Yup will take a picture and post it when i got the time lol

In anycase , that's all for now!

Phew its been forever since an update. lol
A brief recap of what's been going on.

- Began flyer distribution business again : Tough work but can be pretty rewarding too

- Did photo coverage for an event recently. It was fun :)

- Started learning Knitting ( don't laugh ! )

Today

Went for SMU interview today. I went in and came out and got no idea what happened. It was as if a bus hit me and i got no idea what happened lol

Met some nice pple there - from other JCs and Polytechnics ( no NYP =x )

Process was quite expected - For SIS.
Step 1 - Talk about at article.
Step 2 - Talk about your strengths / passions / experience
Step 3 - Do a crazy question ( Those type without much of an answer )
Step 4 - Why SMU ? Why SIS?

After that, had the cheapest dinner i've had in a very long time - $2.50 Chicken Rice @ Dolby Ghaut
Honestly it wasn't so bad! =)

Dolby Exchange - CR Chicken Rice - $2.50 , Full Tummy xD

Well that's all for now!

Equinox

Went to Equinox for High Tea with my Girlfriend today.
It was nice - as usual i stuffed myself until walking up the stairs was a challenge XD

I've finally came to realize why Equinox's food quality is so consistent ...
theycookthesamefoodeveryday!

It's always the same Sushi , the same Deep fried chicken drumlets , the same deep fried fish , the same dim sum , the same sandwiches , the same deserts , the same scones lol

But hey that didn't stop me from eating my fill =)

Its free flow for any kind of tea there - i had my standard Ceylon while dearie had Chamomile.
We've also got a complimentary bottle of wine which we brought home haha

Anyway, enough of all that - review time!

Service was bad in the beginning, plates were not cleared , the waiter forgot out tea .
Singaporeans were also all fighting for food like there was no tomorrow lol. I guess its a Singaporean thing.

Service : 4/10 ( in the beginning )
Service : 7/10 ( after my girlfriend expressed her disappointment )

As usual food quality was not compromised.

Food : 8/10

Last but not least - PICTURES

Entrance to Equinox

Good Food :) They've changed table mats since the last time!

Desserts!!!!

Anyway, went to catch "The Leap Years" after eating.
It was so touching! Go watch it!
Its one of the "better" Singapore made films i've seen so far haha

Basically its about an undying love at first sight incident, coupled with alot of misunderstandings and denials. Although ending was predictable - its touching :)

By the end the day was over it was almost 1230am >.<>.<

Sigh

Sigh its been a bad day.
My cat died today.
Under the wheel.

Not peacefully though. A painful death.

Arrgh. Its sad how cats lives are so short these days.

You hardly see dogs being ran over by vehicles on the road these days.
Its always cats.

They can't tell the difference between what's dangerous and what's not.
They're always leaping happily around - oblivious to the dangers of the road.

Then again we can't say its their fault- who could tell them that cars are dangerous ?

Sigh.

Another weekend has passed and i've been really pooped since Good Friday.
fell asleep on the sofa last night.
not really sure why.
my body just gave way and i was knocked out.

naturally the sofa wasn't that comfortable thus here i am at 630am in the morning haha.

Things aren't exactly going too well now.
Been really stressed about some web projects on hand.

I just got a call telling me my Feed At Raffles card is going to expire.
Should i renew it ?
It'll cost me $588 to renew it and i get to eat lotsa nice stuff. I like fine dining ... - but it won't really make sense because igottoservenationalserviceandiwon'tbeabletoenjoyanythingfineduringthatperiodoftime!

oh well - off to bed. x.x

As usual practice went well and so did the services.

However i was half already half dead by the afternoon that i couldn't even walk straight lol.

Yay ! Finally managed to meet up with Xin Yi and Shu Yi for dinner! =)
We went to a vegetarian restaurant and for the first time in my life, i had a meal where no animals were killed! lol

Me - 3 Pies
Xin Yi - 3 Pies
Shu Yi - 2 Pies

Hmmm i wonder how many pies will it take to make me sick of em

Phew !

Phew its been yet another busy week.
Work work work , that's really about all i've been doing so far sigh.

Lets see what's going on ..

Friday's Dinner with SY and XY - Postponed! haha
Saturday's Dinner with Choir - Yummy!
Saturday's Wedding Photo Shoot - Fun!
Sunday's Matsuri 2008 - Tiring! lol

Mr Sunny Sin - Still ignoring my email

This week's expenditure - $250++! ( omg i got to stop spending ! )

Anyway, went to check out Matsuri 2008 today.
It rained - thus things went indoors! haha

In my opinion - Things were ok, just that they should just invest in a good and fun deejay. It felt like announcement after announcement as if they're trying to conduct a school's assembly session lol.

Cosplayers didn't exactly do a terrific job with their costumes. But at least was still able to tell what they're supposed to be haha

Took about 400 photos there - filtered out the bad ones already :)
Gallery : http://www.te.com.sg/blogstuff/cosplay.html

Oh and i've decided that i'll boycott the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf indefinably due to terrible service by their crew at Vivocity.

Busy Week - Busy Weekend

Phew its been a busy week.
Meeting people, running errands, working...

Lets see - for starters, Singtel is giving me a headache
I'm 200% certain that i'll never use a singtel singtel product again.
NEEVERRR!

Went to SMU after church on Sunday with Dearie to check things out.

Its been such a long time since i took public transport lol
Anyway, i got bored while waiting and started taking photos!

The Junction i crossed XD

Bible study ? o.o

The next event for the week was the 25th ASEAN furniture show
There was so much great stuff there! Pity no photography was allowed.
I found out : You can purchase the display sets for outrageously low prices!

Haven't worn a lanyard for so long. lol

After exhibition, next destination was Changi Airport =)
Went for dinner at Popeyes - better than KFC ANYTIME lol

Since i was there, took a few snap shots and did shopping lol - T3 is really like a shopping center haha

"SBS Bus Air-Con" Style Airconditioning

Entrance to shopping "center" lol

Noticed this Ang Mo sitting on floor. Wonder what he's doing lol

Kid curious how water from the fountain worked :)

Yup that's about it! Another week awaits! haha

IT Show 2008

Phew after meeting a clients this morning - i decided to pop down to the IT show with dearie to take a look see.

Then had dinner at Coffee Club :)
Phew i'm very tired so here's a quick summary ...

As usual - crowded - messy - lots of litter

lets see - some things that i remember from the show haha

- HP has a student promo ( again ) , AMD processor ( again ) , Tablet ( again ) - Sales person that attended to me ? : A student who knows almost nuts about hardware hired by HP to promote their laptop ( huh ? ) The only thing i heard being highlighted throughout the whole conversation went along the lines of "Touchscreen" , "AMD" , "Can draw one!" , "More sensitive screen!" , "cheap!" etc

- Sandisk got the a CF card - hmmm 8GB for 138 ? lol

- Apple MacBook air is sold out worldwide

- The hiPhone ( cheap china replica of the iphone with terrible graphics ) looks identical to the iphone from the top view. But really sucks the moment you activate it.

- iPod replicas are almost as good as the real thing ( minus the very sensitive wheel of the ipod )

- Panasonic Tough Book - Not so tough. Anything above 1m and it might spoil. and NO if i accidentally spill some sticky stuff on the keyboard i cannot use a pressure hose to clean it up - the keys will be blown right off lol

- Toshiba : $:9.80 for a 1GB Thumbdrive

- Axioo : they have their laptops etc made in Indonesia?! - 1 sales person claimed "Axioo is a Singapore Brand - everything is in Singapore" another claimed "Axioo is a Singapore brand - but its actually assembled in Indonesia"

- you can get mice for $1 each XD

- Axioo - lures pple to booth with free pop corn

Phew i'm tired haha better go sleep now.
here's a pic i managed to snap of my kitty in the morning (:

Sat Service

Yay! Its Saturday ! haha

I always look forward to weekends :)

Its the first week of the month and as usual, the choir is leading worship.
As usual, practice begins at about 2:30pm with the Band and all.

Its rare to see the hall to empty :) its peaceful :)

As usual, after our practice, the Soloists will have their turn lol

Service today was special, there was infant baptism and upon being called out to the alter rails, i noticed something comical - there wasn't enough space for photographers to catch the "Action!" lol Thus this was the end result :)

Relatives and Friends leaning to catch some action lol

wasn't long before more joined! haha

Well, dinner was at the Cafe Cartel, they've got some Ribs promotion currently on-going. Followed by home sweet home! lol

Phew i think i better get some rest. Gotta get to church at 8am tomorrow!
Its been sometime since an update.
Well lets see, everything has been pretty normal so far.

Friday was great, spent the whole day out with my girl :)
Morning was Burger King breakfast XD.
Then checked into the Swissotel. Had a south room tower facing the Singapore Flyer.
Their rooms are very nice! Didn't take a picture - but seriously, check them out!

Lazed around until afternoon - then went to catch Death Note : L Change the world.
I'd say its around the same as the other Death Note movies - just that it's became ... more ... uhm .. Hollywood ? lol

Anyhow, after the movie had Dim Sum at "Bao Today"

Food's not bad. Only downside is : They do not accept Nets / Credit Cards! ONLY CASH!

Well after snack it was basically shopping! I think we basically walked through all the stores at Marina Square! lol

Bought 2 new shirts from John Little that i'm pretty happy with. ( Thanks Dear! )

Went back to hotel after shopping to unload all our barang barang before taking a shower, dressing up and heading for dinner at the Bar and Billard at the Raffles Hotel.

Review ? : Great service, Great Food , Great Ambiance , Great Music - only catch is the price. Its about $90 per person after all taxes etc. Was super bloated after dinner - thus went walking around at Raffles City until it was closing time haha.

Time to crash now.
I'm drained lol

Monday, February 25, 2008

Royal Copenhagen

Went to Bras Basah Complex today to checkout my options of Drum Sets.
( thinking of getting one since i can play it lol )
Found quite alot but still having some problems makin up my mind.

Acoustic Set
- $400 - $1800+++
- Needs tuning and maintenance
- Bulky
- Cannot control Volume

Electric Set
- $250 - $1650+++
- No tuning needed
- Limited controls ( not much u can play around with the Hi-hat etc )
- Volume Control
- Can hook up to laptop

Well still considering so hey if there's anyone selling a drum set out there please email me okie ?

Anyways after that was church and dinner was at Sushi Tei ( Takashimaya ).
On the way into town I FORGOT TO PUT MY )(*&^%**##^&* CASHCARD INTO THE @^*#@(#&$#*( Reader!
Alamak.
Summon $10.00 ... sigh.

The highest price i ever paid to enter a "restricted zone" lol

Tried out a new place today called the "Royal Copenhagen" - Located at Takashimaya.
They serve pretty good cakes and tea / coffee.
Abit pricey though.

It was a pretty quiet evening. Only thing i didn't really like was the staff's attitude.
Seems as if they 're eager to close shop when there was a good 1 and a half hours left!

We have a few varieties of cake. - Green Tea, Walnut Brownie, Blueberry Cheese Cake

My personal favourite - Blue Berry Cheese Cake XD

and to wash it down a Cafe Latte lol will try their Earl Grey tea
the next time i'm around there =)

Saturdayyy!

Woah its been a tight day today.
Been running around all day meeting people.
My aching muscles from yesterday's NAPFA didn't make things any easier.
My legs were so tired i had to swap between my left and right foot for the accelerator!
Thank goodness i drive an auto car. Else i would have stalled countless times liao haha

Dropped by the Yamaha sale at Clementi today - its basically an empty room with music instrument sprawled all over the floor lol - Didn't manage to get my DTXpress III =(

Dinner was at Prego ( again ) - today's menu was abit different though.
Had Spicy Pasta , Very veggie pizza, ice cream coffee and a tiramisu lol

Oh and on the way out, i saw a nice watch :) brand is "Graham"! lol

Weekend!

Phew what a weekend it has been.
Been working + eating + playing my head off lol
Oh and Arsenal got trashed by Man U too! lol

Anyway, as usual, i'm always eating so here goes.

Saturday - Dinner

Location : Charlie's Corner, Changi
Surprisingly, this place which is tucked away in the north eastern corner of Singapore can be quite crowded. Finding parking was a huge problem but worth the wait.

Things to try here : Fish and Chips , Prawns and Chips , Hot Wings , Chilli Dog
Nothing like chilling over a cold beer with good food, good music, cool sea breeze and occasionally planes flying over head.

Ever since HAR! I think i'm beginning to like the taste of beer lol

Had Asahi - my all time favourite (=

Fish and Chips with Chunky Fries - The interesting thing is that it does not taste "batter-ey" neither does it taste "bread-cumby"

Charlie's a really place nice to chill and get away from the bustling city lol
Had a little too much to drink. Konked out when i got home lol

Sunday - Lunch

Location : Secret Recipe ( Plaza Singapura )
Dear and me had a little problem deciding where to eat, so we ended up trying this place out.
Food's your average cafe food however the staff here's pretty attentive. They tried to clear our dishes even before we were done on 3 occasions!

We had Beef Brisket, Lasagna and coffee. Didn't manage to get more pictures because i was too hungry lol

Phew and last but not least

Sunday - Dinner
Location : Jumbo Seafood Restaurant ( Serangoon Gardens )
The restaurant was overflowing with people and very short of staff. However luckily we still managed to get a table in the member's room. Where it was a whole lot quieter and less packed =)

We didn't have alot though, Golden Nest Prawns , Chilli Crab , Seafood Tofu , Black Pepper Beef , Noodles , Roast Chicken. Yup that's about it.

As usual i was quite busy eating, but managed to snap a few shots lol

Sister going through the menu XD

Whatever was left by the time i managed to get my camera lol

Was very full after dinner ( and am still very full ) haha

In other news, i've been asked to redevelop 3 websites ^^
http://www.vedan.com.sg/ , http://www.santehealth.com.sg/ and http://www.miwi-persona.com/

Its going to be a busy week lol
Oh i also got 2 weeks free membership at California Fitness - courtesy of Citibank.
Anyone here a member there too? XD

Friday, February 15, 2008

well again!

Phew i'm finally well!
No more sick! ^^

Valentine's day for me was spent with my family.
Went for a nice dinner - had an uninvited guest while we were at the coffee shop lol

this little feline was with us throughout the whole of dinner -
waiting for us to throw it some leftovers we of course obliged and gave her some food :)

Will be makin up for v.day once gf's exams are over haha

Well to celebrate my "getting well" dinner was at "The Tea Party" today. Its located at Sixth Avenue. Had a good plate of Aglio Olio , potato wedges , Cranberry Scone and Japanese Cherry Iced Tea. While Mikaela had Mushroom Soup , Bolognese and Butterscotch Latte. =)

Oh and we played scrabble!
its been awhile since i've played this game lol

In any case, now that exams are over, it seems as if i've suddenly lost all purpose to my daily work.

No more rushing projects .
No more rushing tutorials.
No more doing practicals.

I'm basically just a sitting duck waiting to be swished off to National Service.
To a certain extent i guess i'm gonna be missing polytechnic, 3 years really just flew
by so quickly.

Oh well, i guess it'll be work work and work until i get the letter from the gahmen lol

Wednesday, February 6, 2008

Ouch

in too much pain to sleep
in too much pain to study
someone please put me out of my misery.

Monday, February 4, 2008

meow

Phew its been a long weekend.
Sang in church service for sat and sun.
Was great.

Oh well - packing room in preparation of upcoming exams.
Caught my 2 cats cuddled up together today (=

Taking a nice afternoon nap lol

Friday!

I always love Fridays ...
Its the day when i can sit back and relax and take my mind off stuff.

Logistics test went ok - last few qns dunno how to do.
KM - I didn't know KM could be so complex lol Working on reports now lol

Anyway - todays dinner location was the Plaza Market Cafe @ the Swissotel
Ambience - 8/10
Food - 7/10
Desserts - 9/10 ( You gotta try the movenpick icecream and durain pudding! )
Service - 8/10
Cost - $42/person ( inclusive of Gst , Service Charge )

Overall its a pretty alright place. - Free flow of lobster and crabs and prawns and sashimi.
There was a tour group there though. From China ... ( i think ) they were quite "in the way" if you get what i mean ( always hogging the Seafood Bar making me having to wait very long for my turn ) lol kinda spoilt my evening.

But in any case - their Durain pudding is MUST TRY! Its like eating durain without seeds!

Anyway , took a few snap shots..

Mostly asian food here though ..

Oh they've got a free flow of tea / coffee too.
They serve Dilmah tea ( same kind with Equinox )

Thursday, January 31, 2008

Yeeeeeessss!

Its finally over.
2 Major Projects.
After countless sleepless nights and missed lunches/dinners.
Thanks to everyone for making it possible!
All that's left are the written exams and i'm done!

Went for dinner at some DimSum restaurant today.
Wasn't too bad. Thanks Mikaela for the recommendation!

Its quite amusing when you see students rushing their projects. No joking, the amount of determination they put in is quite impressive. Its as if no one will stop at anything until what's done is done!

its only during project period that you see labs so packed (:

Cousins just left for Australia lately to study, seems like i won't be seeing them around much anymore for the next few years... will kinda miss them. sigh oh well, hope to visit them again in March xD

Anyway, Changi Airport T3 is pretty neat ( yes i know i'm late and the whole T3 saga is over - but whoever made it a competition in the first place ? ) Only thing i wonder - why do they make the air-conditions after those you see on our public SBS buses? I still prefer those from ceilings lol

Really big place

its awfully quiet though ..

Alrighty time for a well deserved rest!

Saturday, January 26, 2008

the wkend!

Alright the weekend has finally arrived and next week is going to be a complete killer.
Everything is due next week and i'm going to die x.x

I need ideas to put into my EAIPJ! I feel its just not enough.
But what can i put ?
Arrgh!

Went to YJC today. Their fun fair was a complete mess. It was chaos everywhere! Did you know that YJC forces their students to pay for tickets ? It goes something like this "Here is $24 worth of tickets. Sell them all. If you can't, you'll have to pay for it yourself! " - I'd expect a JC to be alot more sensible.

Anyway, had a nice meal at Prego for dinner.

Spicy Bacon Mushroom Pasta + Prawn Bacon Spinach Pizza + Red Wine + Chocolate Dumplings + Tiramisu = Felt totally bloated when i was finished lol

Prego is really a nice place for pasta , pizza and desserts. So far haven't been disappointed by the quality of their food.

Service there is also great! Only problem one can have is fully understanding their menu lol
Oh and the bill can be quite a bomb too. Ours was about $140 for 2 people.

NAPFA = Failed

Arrgh i've got a terrible neck ache. So terrible that i can't even turn my head without feeling any pain. This is frustrating ... anyway, had a long day in school, Thank GOD our Java report was submitted on time. Only thing that could make this day was worse me failing my NAPFA test.
lets see,

Shuttle Run - Pass
Sit & Reach - Pass
Standing Broad Jump - Pass
Situps -Pass
Pull Ups - Fail
2.4 Km Job - Fail

looks like i've got to retake everything again.
Man this sucks, just what i need - NAPFA smacked in the middle of projects.

Anyway, Entre + EAI + Java Test on Thursday.
So back to books!

sick + napfa = fail

Monday Update

The flu has caught me and what's the best part ? - NAPFA is today.
I'm so going to fail this time round.

I can't even lift my schoolbag without my muscles trembling - how am i supposed to do situps or pullups ? Going there is going to be like suicide. lol

Anyway, i've finally figured out why my car is always covered in fur and paw prints every morning before i head to school.

Sunday Update

Playing at church was fun today. Kids are so cute.
They're so excited when it comes to singing praise songs haha
Wished i could play there more often. Hey! maybe i should enroll to be a Sunday
school teacher (:

Oh well after playing, had a lonely breakfast while waiting for service to start.

The place was filled with people having breakfast alone! Must be because most people sleep in on a Sunday morning lol

Blogging Finally

Well took me long enough but i finally found the time to
setup a blog and actually hope to maintain it. lol

Well quick summary of what's going on.

- EAIPJ Project : functions are working except that the UI is a complete disaster. Wrong colours , wrong fonts , wrong positioning - basically its looks as if someone has defaced lol

- Entrepreneurship : hmm a video would be cool to start off the presentation - need to find a video camera first though.

- Java : YAY! Java presentation went well to a certain extent. Now its just report and thats it (:

- School : For the first time in my life i've spent 21 hours in school. That's totally nuts. Hope i won't have to do it again lol
