Napfaaaa

I'm a failureeeee
I failed againnnn

sigh - went for the Napfa today.
i improved in some aspects but deproved in others.

Improved
Pull Ups
2.4km Jog

Deproved
Situps
Standing Broad Jump
Shuttle Run
Sit and Reach

What the hell ? i deproved in everything starting with the letter "S"!

Damit i suck.
Oh well, i guess its Toa Payoh stadium every wed morning 730am for me liao.



Well at least i finished all 6 tests right ?

let's see some stuff i learnt in bmt to train the 5 stations:

- chin up: just do lots of it, the gym trainer was great for me. To train your grip hold your hand straight in front of you, then open and close your palm fully (and quickly). Repeat 100x.

- sbj: do frog jumps. Jumping also has techniques.

- sbj/shuttle run: just force open your legs when jumping n running

- 2.4km: do fartlegs. eg, 4x 400m with rest of 1 minute in between.
